Data Deletion Instructions

Operator: Splash Lab Hong Kong Limited
1. Send a request
Email contact@splashlab.ai with the subject Kenna Data Deletion Request.
Include the email address you used to contact or access Kenna, what you would like deleted, and, if relevant, the Meta account or business identifier associated with your authorised test. Only send information needed to locate your records. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or identity documents unless a proportionate verification process is separately agreed.
2. What happens next
We verify the request where necessary, identify relevant records, and delete or anonymise personal data that no longer needs to be retained. For Meta connections, this includes relevant credentials and associated data under our control, subject to applicable obligations. We reply to explain the action taken or any further information needed. You can check progress by replying to the same email thread.
Requests are handled without undue delay and within applicable legal time limits. If applicable law requires retention, or a request cannot be fully fulfilled, we explain the reason. Backup or provider-managed records may be removed through their applicable retention cycles; retained records are restricted to their necessary purpose.
3. Revoke Meta access
If you previously authorised Kenna Ads, review the relevant Apps and Websites or Business Integrations settings in your Meta account and remove Kenna Ads where listed. The location depends on the authorisation used. Removing access does not automatically delete information we already hold, so please also send the request above.
We can only delete information held by us or processed on our behalf. These instructions do not delete your Meta account, advertisements, or data held independently by Meta.
4. Current availability
The public Kenna website does not yet provide registration or Meta account connections. If you have only visited the website, you can still contact us about technical data or correspondence associated with you. We will explain if we do not hold identifiable records matching your request.
Read the Privacy Policy for more information.
